| This portable high-temperature muffle
furnace features a compact and lightweight design with an handle
for easy transportation. Equipped with an intelligent
touchscreen control panel, it supports rapid heating at 100℃/min
up to 1100℃. The built-in vacuum pump achieves a maximum vacuum
level of -90kPa (80%), making it suitable for high-temperature
sintering of materials like gypsum and jewelry, as well as
vacuum-assisted sintering processes. |

1. The high-temperature muffle furnace is
specifically designed for sintering dental ceramic materials.
2. The equipment should be placed at least 25-30 cm away from
walls to ensure proper ventilation. The machine should be close to
the power switch, and the rear instrument panel must be securely
connected.
3. Do not operate near flammable materials.
4. Clean the furnace surface with a wrung-out or slightly damp
cloth. Do not use solvents or liquid cleaners on the control
panel, and ensure no liquid flows into the furnace.
5. Display damage caused by improper use or cleaning is not
covered under warranty.
6. For optimal working conditions, it is recommended to use a
dedicated circuit, preferably with an overload-protected socket.
7. Before performing any maintenance, always unplug the furnace
from the power outlet.
8. To avoid potential severe burns, use appropriate tools when
inserting or removing objects from the furnace.
9. Do not use pliers or other tools to operate the furnace, as
they may damage the film in the button area.
10. Use the furnace door wrench to open the door, and always
heed high-temperature warnings to prevent burns. |

Installation Requirements for
high-temperature muffle furnace:
1. Placement Requirements:
Install in a dry indoor environment with minimum 25cm clearance
from walls.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
2. Temperature Precautions:
If ambient temperature is below 15℃ (e.g., after transport),
allow 30 minutes at room temperature before startup.
3. Heat Resistance Precautions:
Ensure the mounting surface has adequate heat resistance.
Note: While heat radiation and thermal effects are within safe
limits, prolonged use may cause slight discoloration on
furniture surfaces/veneers.
4. Safety Measures:
Keep flammable materials away from the system perimeter.
Never place combustible items within the furnace chamber's
radiation range. |
