360-Degree Rotatable Hexagonal Blasting Chamber
The internal work chamber features a hexagonal blasting basket mounted on a rotatable assembly that can be turned 360 degrees, allowing operators to position workpieces at the optimal angle for uniform surface treatment from all sides. The perforated stainless steel floor plate beneath the basket allows spent abrasive media to fall through for efficient collection and recycling. The specially designed nozzle assembly is positioned to deliver a concentrated abrasive stream directly to the workpiece, maximizing cleaning efficiency while minimizing media waste. This rotatable design is particularly effective for dental castings and complex-shaped items that require blasting from multiple angles. |
Fully Enclosed Cabinet with Observation Window
The machine features a robust all-steel enclosed cabinet that contains all abrasive media and dust within the work chamber, preventing contamination of the surrounding workspace and protecting the operator from flying particles. A large rectangular tempered glass viewing window in the front door provides a clear view of the blasting process while maintaining a tight seal against dust leakage. The front door opens wide on heavy-duty hinges for easy loading and unloading of workpieces, and the rubber gasket around the door edge ensures airtight closure during operation. The white powder-coated exterior finish resists scratches and corrosion for long-term durability in workshop environments. |
Integrated Dust Collection System
The unit incorporates a powerful built-in dust collection system consisting of a high-speed centrifugal extraction fan and a dedicated motor that work together to continuously remove airborne dust and fine particles from the work chamber during blasting. The extracted air is channeled through a top-mounted exhaust port that can be connected to the included flexible ducting hose for venting outside the workspace. This integrated system maintains clear visibility through the observation window and creates a cleaner, safer operating environment by capturing abrasive dust before it escapes into the room. The system is particularly important when working with fine silicon carbide media that can create significant airborne dust. |

Precision Timer and Pressure Control Panel
The intuitive right-side control panel places all essential controls within easy reach of the operator. A green "Work" indicator light shows when the machine is actively blasting, while a red illuminated power switch provides clear on/off status. The mechanical dial timer can be set from 0 to 30 minutes for automatic timed blasting cycles, allowing the operator to attend to other tasks while the machine runs. A precision analog pressure gauge displays the working air pressure in real time, and a large knurled pressure regulation knob allows precise adjustment of the blasting force to match the requirements of different materials and applications. |
Efficient Top-Mounted Exhaust Ventilation
The top panel features a large-diameter stainless steel exhaust port that serves as the primary outlet for the dust collection system. The port is securely mounted with multiple screws and provides a high-capacity airflow path for rapid evacuation of dust-laden air from the work chamber. The included flexible exhaust hose connects to this port and can be routed to an external vent or dust collector, ensuring that all abrasive dust is removed from the workspace. The top-mounted position takes advantage of natural convection to capture rising dust particles effectively, improving overall collection efficiency. |
Convenient Drawer-Style Abrasive Collection
The lower section of the cabinet features a pull-out drawer that collects spent abrasive media and removed debris that falls through the perforated work chamber floor. The drawer slides smoothly on internal guides and includes a comfortable handle for easy removal and emptying. This design simplifies cleanup after blasting sessions and allows for convenient media recycling by collecting all spent material in one accessible location. The drawer capacity is sufficient for multiple blasting sessions before requiring emptying, reducing maintenance frequency in busy workshop environments. |

1. Air Source Installation:
Connect an external air compressor to the machine using an air supply hose with an internal diameter of at least 12 millimeters. The air compressor should provide a minimum pressure of 7 kilograms per square centimeter (0.7 MPa) and a discharge flow rate of at least 300 liters per minute for optimal performance. Connect the included flexible air hose to the air inlet fitting on the machine and tighten securely.
2. Power Connection:
Connect the power cord to a properly grounded AC 110V / 60Hz electrical outlet. Turn on the main power switch located on the right control panel. The green "Work" indicator and power switch illumination should light up to confirm the machine is receiving power.
3. Load Abrasive Media:
Open the front door and pour water-washed dry silicon carbide carborundum abrasive (36 to 80 grit) into the work chamber. Ensure the abrasive material covers the sand suction nozzle completely so that the sand flow can be properly recycled during operation. Check that the abrasive media is free of debris, soft objects, or foreign matter that could clog the suction nozzle. Replace with fresh abrasive media periodically as it breaks down with use.
4. Load Workpieces:
Place the items to be sandblasted into the hexagonal blasting basket inside the work chamber. Adjust the assembly angle as needed for optimal exposure to the abrasive stream. The basket can be rotated 360 degrees to position workpieces at the desired angle.
5. Set Timer and Begin Blasting:
Close and latch the front door securely. Adjust the air pressure to between 0.4 and 0.8 megapascals using the pressure regulation knob. Set the timer dial to the desired blasting duration between 0 and 30 minutes. Press the power switch to start the blasting cycle. The abrasive will be automatically drawn through the nozzle and sprayed onto the workpiece. Monitor the process through the observation window.
6. Completion and Cleanup:
When the timer expires, the blasting cycle will stop automatically. Wait for the dust collection system to clear airborne particles from the chamber (approximately 30 seconds), then open the door and remove the finished workpieces. Periodically pull out the bottom drawer to empty collected spent abrasive media and debris. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the air supply when the machine is not in use. |
