Telescopic Boom Design

High-quality carbon steel is adopted by the boom, and the boom can be freely telescopic to lift different goods and meet different hoisting requirements. The total length of the whole boom can be 96.5 inches after the inner boom stretches out completely, so that the telescopic boom has a wider application range and higher adaptability, and the space utilization rate can be higher. The inner boom can be stabilized firmly and easily through the fixing part on the top after stretching out, so that the safety protection is well guaranteed.
　

Lifting Hook Design

The high-strength material and the quenching technology are adopted to process the lifting hook so that the load capacity of the lifting hook can be 5T (11000LB) in the using process. The lifting hook is high in practicability and can cooperate with various lifting tools, such as steel wire ropes and chains, to flexibly lift different goods in different shapes and weights. The lifting hook has a compact structure, low maintenance cost, high safety and high loading and unloading efficiency. There are four holes in the bottom of the boom for goods carrying and lifting, and therefore the adaptability is quite high.
　

Stable Base Design

The stable base is subjected to seamless welding, polishing and spraying treatment and can keep balanced in the operating process. There are two fork openings in the base, the size of each fork opening is 3.15’’x7.87’’, forks of the crane are allowed to easily enter the fork openings to make full use of the crane boom, and the compatibility is high. There are a chain and two handles on the base to enhance the stability and prevent the falling accident, and the safety is effectively enhanced.
