Telescopic Boom Design

The boom is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the inner boom can stretch out and draw back freely to hoist different goods and meet different hoisting requirements. The total length of the whole boom can be 94.5’’ after the inner boom stretches out completely, so that the telescopic boom is wider in operating range and higher in adaptability, and the space utilization rate can be improved. The inner boom can be fixed firmly and stably through the fixing part on the top after stretching out, so that the safety is well ensured, and the stability is greatly improved.

　

Lifting Hook Design

The lifting hook is made of high-strength materials and processed by quenching treatment so that the lifting hook can bear the 4T load to the maximum extent. The lifting hook has high universality and can be matched with various lifting tools such as steel wire ropes and chains to flexibly lift different goods in different shapes. The lifting hook is simple in structure, low in maintenance cost and high in safety and loading and unloading efficiency. Four holes are formed in the bottom of the boom to lift different goods with different weights, and therefore the practicability is quite high.
　

Stable Base Design

The stable base is subjected to seamless welding and can stably support the boom in the working process. Two fork openings with the size of 6.3"x2.5" are designed in the base, forks of the crane can quickly stretch into the fork openings to achieve usage of the crane boom, and the compatibility is high. A chain and two knobs are arranged on the base to enhance the stability and prevent the boom from falling off, and the safety can be greatly enhanced.
