This machine is a professional pottery
clay kneading equipment integrating vacuum degassing and
high-efficiency biaxial kneading, specially designed for pottery
studios, ceramic education institutions and small & medium-sized
ceramic factories. Equipped with an industrial-grade vacuum
system, it continuously extracts air from clay during the
kneading process, effectively preventing defects like air
bubbles, cracks and deformation during firing. It ensures every
batch of clay is dense and bubble-free, providing high-quality
raw material guarantee for pottery creation.
The built-in dual-shaft spiral blades rotate synchronously.
Through strong extrusion and repeated kneading, the clay is
fully mixed and evenly processed to achieve a fine texture and
better plasticity. Compared with traditional single-shaft
models, its kneading efficiency is significantly improved,
greatly shortening the material preparation time. It is widely
applicable to scenarios including pottery creation, ceramic
teaching, blank preparation and small-scale ceramic production,
serving as an ideal device to boost clay kneading efficiency and
finished product quality. |
| 1. Vacuum Degassing
for Dense, Bubble-free Clay
Equipped with an
industrial‑grade vacuum system that continuously removes air
from the clay during kneading, effectively preventing cracking,
deformation, or bursting caused by air bubbles during firing –
ensuring a dense and uniform clay body with significantly
improved yield.
2. High-efficiency Biaxial Kneading, Time and Labor
Saving
The dual‑shaft spiral blades rotate synchronously,
thoroughly mixing and kneading the clay through powerful
squeezing and repeated rubbing, resulting in a fine, smooth, and
highly plastic texture. Compared to single‑shaft models,
kneading efficiency is significantly higher, greatly reducing
material preparation time.
3. High-power Motor for Large Output
Powered by a 1500W pure copper motor, delivering
strong performance with a processing capacity of up to 180 kg
(approx. 396 lbs) of clay per hour – ideal for continuous batch
production, meeting the demands of busy pottery studios and
small to medium‑sized ceramic factories.
4. Wide Range of Applications
Widely suitable for pottery studios, ceramic
education institutions, ceramic schools, DIY enthusiasts, and
small to medium‑sized ceramic factories – meeting the needs of
ceramic creation, teaching, and bulk clay preparation.
Please Note: Do not put dry clay directly into this machine!
Processing dry clay will cause the motor to overheat and shut
down. |

I. Installation & Placement
1. Place the machine on a flat, solid workbench or floor,
ensuring all four feet are in contact with the ground and the
unit is stable without wobbling.
2. Confirm the power supply is 110V, the socket is properly
grounded, and the power cord is intact without damage.
3. Leave sufficient space around the machine for feeding, clay
discharge, and routine maintenance.
II. Pre‑Start Inspection
1. Check the hopper and spiral blades for any debris, dried clay
lumps, or foreign objects. Clean thoroughly before use.
2. Check that all fastening bolts and connectors are securely
tightened to prevent loosening during operation.
3. Run a no‑load test for a few seconds to confirm normal
operation without abnormal noise or vibration.
III. During Operation
1. Do not place your hands into the hopper or discharge outlet
to prevent entanglement or crushing injuries.
2. Stay focused during operation. After feeding the clay, remove
your hands from the hopper area promptly.
3. Do not wear loose gloves or loose clothing while operating to
prevent entanglement with rotating parts.
4. Tie back long hair and do not wear necklaces, bracelets, or
other accessories to prevent entanglement.
5. Feed the clay evenly. Avoid adding too much at once to
prevent overloading or clogging.
6. Do not feed hard objects (such as stones or metal) into the
hopper to avoid damaging the spiral blades or motor.
7. If abnormal noise, jamming, or excessive vibration occurs
during operation, turn off the power immediately and
troubleshoot before resuming use.
8. Do not touch the vacuum pump body while it is running – the
pump surface becomes hot during operation to avoid burns. |
| Product Details and Advantages |
 |
Dual Power
Control Switch
Equipped with two sets of power
buttons – green "ON" start button and red "OFF" stop
button – independently controlling the dual‑shaft drive.
Clear and intuitive operation ensures safe and stable
performance.
|
Dual‑Shaft
Spiral Mixing Structure
The internal dual‑shaft spiral
blades are arranged in an interlocking pattern. Through
mechanical squeezing and kneading, the clay is
thoroughly mixed and air bubbles are effectively
removed, resulting in a uniform, fine, and dense clay
body – ideal for ceramic creation. Compared to
single‑shaft models, the dual‑shaft design offers higher
kneading efficiency, better plasticity, and superior
uniformity.

I.
Feeding & Kneading
1. Place the prepared clay (with moderate moisture content; dry
clay should be soaked and softened in advance) into the hopper.
2. Press the start button to begin operation – the dual‑shaft
spiral blades will start kneading the clay.
3. For continuous feeding, add the clay evenly. Avoid adding too
much at once to prevent overloading or clogging.
4. Observe the clay discharge condition:
- The clay should be extruded continuously and evenly, with a
smooth surface and no visible air bubbles.
- If the clay strand breaks or shows excessive bubbles, reduce
the feeding speed or check the vacuum system.
II. Vacuum Operation
1. After the machine starts and clay begins to discharge, turn
on the vacuum pump to start vacuum extraction.
2. Observe the vacuum gauge reading and confirm the vacuum level
reaches the normal operating range.
3. Keep the vacuum pump running continuously during the kneading
process to ensure thorough removal of air from the clay.
4. Before shutting down, turn off the vacuum pump first, then
stop the main motor.
III. Shutdown & Cleaning
1. Stop feeding and allow the machine to continue running for
about 30 seconds to completely discharge the remaining clay.
2. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord.
3. Clean the hopper and spiral blades – remove residual clay
with a scraper or soft cloth. Do not rinse the motor or
electrical components directly with water.
4. Clean the discharge outlet and machine body surface to keep
the equipment tidy. |
