The feed grinder has the advantages of

potatoes. But the moisture content of the processed materials will
directly affect the efficiency and load of the machine, and using it for
other operations will deviate from the expected purpose of the machine.

Operation method： |
|
1. When the grinder is driven by a motor,
the motor can be directly fixed to the motor frame.
2. Special attention should be paid to the
rotating speed of the grinder, and the belt pulley can be replaced to
meet the requirement of the grinder for 4000-4600 revolutions per
minute.
3. Before the test run of the machine, it
is necessary to check whether the operating direction of the grinder is
consistent with the direction of the arrow, whether the belt tension is
appropriate, and whether there is any crossing. After all the necessary
preparations are made, the machine can be subjected to a test run.
4. Before the machine is started, the
whole machine should be inspected, and it should be noted that the
grinding hammers, gear plate, grinding teeth, spindle nut and other
parts are not loose. After tightening all the loose parts, rotate the
belt pulley by hand to check whether there is any collision on the
machine. After the inspection is completed and everything is correct,
tighten the material bag, let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes to ensure
that there is no any abnormal noise, and then feed raw materials. It is
strictly prohibited to feed the raw materials before starting the
machine.
5. Connect the 220V power supply and use
the machine normally. |

Precautions:
|
|
1. Before the machine is started, the whole machine should be inspected,
and it should be noted that the grinding hammers, gear plate, grinding
teeth, spindle nut and other parts are not loose. After tightening all
the loose parts, rotate the belt pulley by hand to check whether there
is any collision on the machine. After the inspection is completed and
everything is correct, tighten the material bag, let the machine idle
for 1-2 minutes to ensure that there is no any abnormal noise, and then
feed raw materials. It is strictly prohibited to feed the raw materials
before starting the machine.
2. Be sure to strictly remove stones, metals and other debris in the
processed materials, and strictly prohibit the debris from entering the
machine to avoid damaging the machine parts.
3. In the working process, it is strictly prohibited to open the machine
door. If a fault occurs, the machine should stop rotating immediately
and then the machine door can be opened for inspection.
4. The operator should stand on the side of the feeding inlet to feed
the materials so as to avoid the phenomenon that hard objects fall into
the machine to damage the machine and injure people. When the materials
are fed, fingers cannot be put into the feeding insertion plate, and
wooden sticks or iron tools cannot be used for feeding the materials.
According to different to-be-processed materials, the feeding insertion
plate can be adjusted appropriately to achieve the better efficiency.
5. When different grinding hammers, flat teeth and circular teeth are
replaced, the quality of these parts should be checked, and then
replacement can be conducted. During replacement, these parts should be
replaced at a time to keep the static balance of the rotor disc and
avoid machine vibration.
6. The power supply should be prepared according to the technical
specification requirements, and unauthorized or excessive configurations
cannot be allowed. Do not run at the excessive speed. It is strictly
prohibited to use high-speed motors to avoid accidents.
7. Be sure to timely discharge materials in the working process to
ensure good air permeability of the bags.
8. Before stopping the machine, let the machine idle for 1-2 minutes to
discharge the materials inside the machine thoroughly, and at the same
time, close the feeding insertion plate to prevent foreign objects from
falling into the machine. |

Note:
We suggest that
high-power machines should be directly connected to the main power
supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is
unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is
easy to burn out the starting capacitor.
It is recommended to
directly connect to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine
is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur,
and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over
time.
Our machine is not
equipped with a plug. If you do not know how to operate the wiring
video, you can contact our customer service and we will provide you with the
wiring video. (If there are occasional situations with plugs, it is also
recommended that you remove the plugs when wiring).
