| The macadamia green husk remover
is specially designed to remove the outer green husks from fresh
macadamia nuts. It adopts multiple groups of elastic pressing
rollers with spring adaptive pressure, and is suitable for fresh
fruits of different sizes. It can efficiently separate green
husks from macadamia nuts with a low nut breakage rate.
Featuring a sturdy frame, simple operation and easy maintenance,
it greatly replaces manual husk removal and improves the primary
processing efficiency of macadamia nuts. It is a dedicated
device for primary processing after macadamia harvesting. |

1. NEVER put hands or tools
into the feed inlet or machine chamber during operation. If
material jamming occurs, cut off power and shut down the machine
before cleaning.
2. Do NOT feed stones, metal
or other hard materials to avoid machine damage.
3. If abnormal noise, smoke or
electric leakage appears, cut off power immediately. Ask
professional technicians for maintenance. Do NOT disassemble the
machine without authorization. |

Driving Motor
The motor delivers strong power and sufficient torque. The belt
drive transmits power stably to ensure continuous and reliable

Feeding Hopper
The large tapered hopper features
smooth feeding and anti-blocking performance, allowing bulk
loading of fresh macadamia fruits, ensuring stable continuous
feeding and reducing frequent manual feeding work.

Pressing Rollers
Multiple sets of spring adaptive
pressing rollers can be adjusted to adapt to macadamia fruits
with different sizes. The gentle and controllable extrusion
achieves thorough husk removal and greatly reduces nut breakage
rate.

Discharge Chute
The large-angle husk discharge chute
allows the green husks to slide down quickly and smoothly
without material accumulation or blockage. The inclined design
facilitates automatic collection of husks and ensures continuous
and stable production.

A.Pre-operation Preparation
1. Placement: Position the machine on the firm ground, level the
unit, and ensure reliable grounding.
2. Inspection: Confirm no foreign objects inside the machine;
check cutters are securely installed, all screws are tight, the
power cable are intact, and no phase loss occurs.
3. Raw material preparation: Screen nuts and remove moldy nuts,
stones, metal fragments and other hard foreign objects.
4. No-load trial run: Connect the 220V power supply. Run the
machine with no load for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Start feeding
only if there is no abnormal noise or severe vibration.
B. Operating Procedures
1. Start and feeding: Switch on the machine, and then pour
pre-screened nuts into the hopper.
2. Discharge: Dehulled nuts are discharged from the front
outlet, and waste husks are discharged from the side outlet.
3. Cyclic operation: Feed materials → clean residues → transfer
finished kernels → repeat the above steps.
*Operating rule for the machine: Start machine for idle running
first, feed nuts continuously and empty all materials before
power off. |
