1. Do not screen corrosive items.
2. The vibrating screen is a consumable part, so you should observe its
wear level at any time.
3. The amount of feed should be determined by the humidity and fineness
of the raw materials. If the vibration motor load is increased
excessively, a large quantity of fine materials will enter the coarse
materials to cause unnecessary waste.
4. When operating the vibrating screen, be sure to wear protective
equipment to avoid scratches.
5. Once the springs and hooks are found to be broken, or the bearing
smokes, the machine must be immediately stopped and repaired. |

1. Connect the
power supply, turn the start switch, and the machine begins to operate
with the screen body moving in a reciprocating circular motion.
2. Slowly and evenly feed the material to be screened from the top feed
inlet.
3. Monitor the material movement on the screen surface in real time
through the quick‑open observation port on the top.
4. Check whether the material discharges smoothly from each outlet and
whether the material classification is clear.
5. Stop feeding first, and allow the machine to continue running for
about 30 seconds to completely discharge the remaining material inside
the screen.
6. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord to ensure the
machine is completely powered off.
7. Release the screen locking device and remove the screen mesh. Use a
brush or air gun to clean the residual material from the screen surface.
Do not knock the screen mesh with hard objects to avoid damaging the
mesh.
8. Clean the screen frame and the discharge ports to remove residual
material.
9. After cleaning, reinstall the screen mesh in place, secure the
locking device firmly, and close the observation port. |
