| The vacuum pump milking machine
is a special movable milking machine designed for cows and
goats. The vacuum pump provides the stable negative pressure and
is combined with the pulsator to simulate the cub sucking
motion, achieving efficient and gentle mechanical milking
instead of manual milking. It is equipped with two 304 stainless
steel buckets, a three-prong plug, a water-proof switch and
other parts and features high milking efficiency, gentle milking
operation, simple operation, large storage capacity, good
hygiene and long service life. The vacuum pump milking machine
can be widely applied to family farms, medium-scale and
small-scale breeding bases, etc. |

| 1. Please do not
milk after milking is finished or the breast of cow will has
sickness.
2. You cannot pull down the
claw upright, or the rest vacuum of the claw will damage the
teat. You should pull it in a declining mode, so that the air of
teat will escape to reduce the vacuum of claw, then hold down
naturally.
3.Correctly hang the milking
cup set on the handles to avoid damage and prolong the service
life.
4. After finishing the
milking, you must start to clean. If you don’t clean the milking
equipment at once, the bacilli will propagate quickly.
5. In the application process,
be careful of safety. Do not let your hands or clothes get close
to the motor. |

Handcart Structure
The milking machine adopts a handcart structure for supporting
and moving the machine body, both the supporting stability and
movement convenience can be well ensured, and the milking
operation can be smoothly conducted.

Milk Buckets
There are two stainless steel milk
buckets for milk storage. Each milk bucket has a large capacity
of 25kg, and more fresh milk can be stored in the two buckets.
The milk buckets are firmer, more durable and easier to clean,
and the milk hygiene can be well ensured.

Pressure Regulating Valve
The pressure regulating valve is
simple in structure, resistant to corrosion and aging and easy
to clean, can be used to keep the stable pressure to ensure
smooth milking operation, and can well meet different milking
pressure demands.

Pulsator
The pulsator can precisely output
the stable pulsation frequency to protect the health of
livestock, gives a sensitive response to quickly switch the
pressure state, ensures efficient milking of the machine and
reduces the maintenance cost.

The milking machine is equipped with
2 milking cup sets for goats and 2 milking cup sets for cows,
can well meet different milking requirements of goats and cows
and has higher adaptability and practicability. |
|
1.Turn on the power switch of milking machine, turn off the
vacuum switch of vacuum tank, start the vacuum pump, and then
the pointer of vacuum gauge will rise stably.
2.Adjust the vacuum pump to make
the pointer point to the normal vacuum degree position (47kpa),
turn on the switch of the vacuum pump, and then you can start to
milk.
3.The adjustment method of vacuum
pump:
Disassemble the cover of vacuum
stable machine, unscrew the nut of head of the vacuum stable
pressure machine, and press the valve core of vacuum stable
machine for several times to know if the valve core is locked by
dust or other dunghill.(Normally, the valve core can turn up and
down.)
Circumgyrate the cover of valve
core to adjust the vacuum degree. When circumgyrating, you can
observe the change of pointer of vacuum gauge. When the pointer
of vacuum gauge points to the normal position, screw the nut
quickly. Then observe the pointer of vacuum gauge, after
adjusting for several times, you can make the vacuum degree
correct.
Note: the vacuum pump should be started normally, and the
performance sounds is also normal.
If the vacuum degree is too high, the teat of cow will be
damaged. If the vacuum degree is too low, it will influence the
quantity of milking directly. (For the normal vacuum degree, the
pointer should point to 47kpa.)
