I. Starting Operation
1. Turn
on the main power switch, and the power indicator light will be
on.
2.
Rotate the speed control knob clockwise to the low speed
(10-20Hz).
3.
Confirm that the cutter group and belt run normally without
abnormal noise.
II.
Feeding Operation
1. Place
the golden pomfret flat in the center of the feed conveyor belt
with its back facing upward and head facing forward.
2. The
conveyor belt automatically feeds the fish into the cutter
group. The staggered upper and lower cutters score the fish
without cutting off the fish skin.
3. The
Processed fish slides out of the discharge chute and is
collected in a clean container.
4.
Continuous feeding: Place fishes one by one. Do not stack or
squeeze the fishes to prevent jamming.
5. Speed
adjustment:
Low
speed (10-20Hz): For new operators, small fish and fine scoring
Medium
speed (20-35Hz): For standard production (Recommended)
High
speed (35-50Hz): For large fish and quick processing
III.
Shutdown and Cleaning
1.
Normal Shutdown
(1) Stop
feeding and wait for all remaining fishes in the machine to be
discharged completely.
(2)
Rotate the speed control knob counterclockwise to 0.
(3) Turn
off the power switch.
(4)
Unplug the power cord if the machine will not be used for an
extended period.
2.
Daily Cleaning (Mandatory after each use)
(1) Open
the protective cover after cutting off the power supply.
(2)
Rinse
the cutter group, conveyor belt and internal/external machine
surfaces with high-pressure clean water (≤50˚C)
to remove fish scales, residues and blood.
(3) The
cutter group can be detached for cleaning by loosening the
fixing screws. Reinstall and fasten it securely after cleaning.
(4)
Rinse the water and residue collection tray, and then wipe dry
or air-dry it completely.
(5) Wipe
down the whole machine thoroughly, especially the electrical
control box and motor, to prevent water ingress.
