1. The machine uses the 110V power supply.
Before the power switch is turned on, be sure to confirm that
there are no other idle people around the equipment.
2. During the operation of the machine, it is
strictly prohibited to touch the running parts and the dangerous
parts of the machine, or to put your hands inside the safety
cover or safety baffle.
3. When the machine is working, the operator
should pay attention to the coordination of the machine sound
and other things, if the abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, the
temperature, the load or other abnormalities will cause damage
to the safety, be sure to stop the machine in time to check the
machine and report to the person responsible for the management,
and operate the machine in accordance with the instructions.
4. Before cleaning, checking or moving the
machine, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
5. If the machine stops for an unknown
reason, it can be restarted only with the permission of the
technician and the person responsible for management.
6. When switches or electronic components
have faults, it is prohibited to restart the machine before
repairs have been completed.
7. The tools and other things used during
production must be organized to a fixed storage location after
use. Once the tools, screws, nuts and other things are mixed
into the mixer, it may cause product quality problems.
8. After production is completed or when
processed materials are changed, it is necessary to use tools
such as brushes for sweeping and cleaning work. In the cleaning
process, it is necessary to check the machine to prevent foreign
objects from entering the bucket.
9. Before starting work every day, check whether
there are any loose or disconnected parts of the machine, and
regularly lubricate and maintain the moving bearing components
of the machine. |

The 304 stainless steel
mixing tank has the volume of 20L, adapting to mixing of
different powder and granular materials. The mixing tank can be
controlled to rotate by 360 degrees forwards and reversely,

efficiently to ensure the high mixing uniformity. The tank cover
can be firmly fixed to the tank body through the fastening
buckles, so the sealing is well guaranteed. The large feeding

Operation
Method |
|
1. Preparation work:
Prepare the materials to be mixed in advance,
check if the mixer is in good condition, and ensure that the
working area around the mixer is clean, and the start/stop
switch is in the working state.
2. Panel settings:
Set the forward and reverse rotation stirring
time (steering controller) and total stirring time (timed
shutdown) in the shutdown state (S-seconds, M-minutes, H-hours).
For example, the steering controller is set to 03S05M, which
represents forward rotation for 5 minutes, reverse rotation for
5 minutes, and the 3-second interval between forward and reverse
rotation; and the timed shutdown is set to 020M, which
represents the total stirring time of 20 minutes.
Special attention: After each setting
is completed and the total stirring time is over and the machine
stops, you need to press the reset button to start a new round
of work according to the settings.
3. Sample addition:
Close the discharging outlet of the mixer,
open the feeding inlet of the mixer, and pour the materials
prepared in advance into the mixer.
4. Sample mixing:
Turn on the start/stop button, set the
rotating speed and time, observe the effect of material mixing,
and adjust the rotating speed and mixing time appropriately;
5. Sample discharge:
Place the designated container under the
discharging outlet, open the discharging outlet to start
discharging. The materials can also be discharged through the
feeding inlet, depending on the specific needs and on-site
conditions. |
