| The chassis noise detection
machine is a professional auto repair diagnostic tool designed
to safely simulate the real road vibration conditions in a
controlled indoor environment. It is primarily used for
accurately detecting and locating the abnormal noise, looseness,
wear and other faults in the vehicle suspension system, and
eliminates the high noise and low efficiency of traditional road
testing. It consists of two front wheel main vibration stands
and two rear wheel safety stands, has the maximum lifting
capacity of 3000kg (6600LB) and the lifting height of 30mm
(1.18in) and features intelligent touch control, high
efficiency, good compatibility and safety protection. The car

| 1. Check if the support feet
are firmly in place.
2. The wheels must be centered
with the V-shaped guide grooves.
3. Check if the external power
supply is grounded. If there is no grounding measure, the
equipment must not be used.
4. The main power supply line
should be 4 square millimeters or larger.
5. Ensure that the equipment
plug is tightly connected to the socket.
6. After turning on the power
key switch, check the position of the speed control knob
pointer. Only when the pointer is at zero can the system start
button be pressed.
7. When starting the
operation, the speed control switch must be turned slowly and
steadily until the vibration table moves up and down
reciprocally.
8. If the speed needs to be
changed for observation, the speed control switch must be turned
steadily to ensure a smooth change in the vibration table's
movement frequency.
9. After using the equipment,
use the speed control switch to slowly stop the vibration table,
and then press the stop button.
10. The linear bearing must be
lubricated before each use. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the touch screen and mechanical
switches, achieving manual/automatic mode selection and
parameter setting, meeting different detection requirements of
different vehicles and improving the detection precision and
reliability.

Tire Holder
The tire holder adopts the rotatable
design and V-shaped groove structure, stably and adaptively
supporting the corresponding tire, simulating the actual road
conditions in the driving process, optimizing the detection
angle and facilitating inspection of faults and abnormal noise.

Supporting Unit
The universal wheels and adjustable
supporting legs are combined to stably support the machine body
and facilitate movement and fixing as needed, preventing the
machine body from accidental movement during operation and
improving the movement convenience and fixing stability.

Handles
Two black handles are designed for
easily pushing and pulling the machine body as required, meeting
the ergonomic standard, saving labor and improving the
practicability. The handles are firm, durable, convenient to use
and easy to clean and replace.

Stress Relief Tools
The
stress relief tools are made of aviation aluminum materials,
have good oxidation resistance and high structural strength, are
not prone to deformation or cracking and greatly enhance the
controllability and stability.

Workpiece Trays
Two trays
are designed for holding and storing different workpieces and
tools, protecting the workpieces and tools from loss and damage,
keeping the working environment clean and neatly and enhance the
user experience.

| 1. Use
a lift to raise the vehicle to an appropriate height.
2. Place the two main vibration
stands and two safety stands under the corresponding wheels.
3. Slowly lower the vehicle until
the four tires are centered in the V-shaped grooves of the front
and rear stands.
4. After aligning the tires with
the V-shaped grooves, tighten the height-adjustment feet of the
stands. Raise the equipment’s casters off the ground by 5mm, and
then lock the support feet nuts.
5. Continue to lower the lift
until the lift tray is 50mm away from the vehicle’s underside.
6. Connect the external power
supply, and then turn on the machine to start the equipment
operation.
7. Select the manual/automatic
test and road condition modes on the touch screen as needed.
8. After completing the test,
turn off the external power supply. |
