The JC-2015C pneumatic wire stripping machine can process cables in a very short time. Moreover, the universal blade system can significantly reduce the time required for blade replacement. The wire stripping machine has main features of high precision, high efficiency and short investment return cycle. Partial stripping: 2mm (0.078'')

1. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put the hands into the machine.

2. Do not process the wires and cables exceeding the parameter specifications.

3. If the blade is worn seriously, please replace it timely.

1. No power supply is required. The machine can work after it is connected with the air source.

90˚ V-shaped Blades

The 90˚ V-shaped blades are adopted to achieve quick and accurate wire stripping operation and can automatically adapt to various cables and wires with different diameters, the wire stripping operation is easy, convenient and fast, and the blades are high in hardness, good in wear resistance, reasonable in stress and long in service life.

Protective Cover

The protective cover is a crucial safety part, can effectively protect the operator from directly touching the blades, prevent the waste from flying, keep the working region clean and safe and improve the operation confidence and efficiency. The transparent protective cover also takes into account safety and visibility.

Adjusting Knobs

The multiple adjusting knobs are designed for adjusting the wire stripping length, the blade depth and the wire stripping stroke correspondingly, the clear scales achieve accurate control over parameters and improve the wire stripping quality, the knob design greatly shortens the parameter setting time, and the whole production efficiency is improved.

Pneumatic Drive

Compared with the electric or manual wire stripping mode, the pneumatic wire stripping mode is powerful and efficient, the durability, reliability and safety can be higher, the electric shock risk can be eliminated, and the machine is easier and more convenient to maintain, lower in cost and longer in service life.

The processing parameters can be adjusted.

1. Wire stripping length adjustment knob

The knob can be adjusted to the corresponding scale according to the actual wire stripping length. The knob is only allowed to conduct counterclockwise rotation.

2. Adjustment knob for wire stripping stroke, that is, half stripping or complete stripping.

The knob rotates clockwise to reduce the wire stripping stroke so as to achieve half stripping, and rotates counterclockwise to increase the stripping stroke so as to achieve complete stripping.

3. Adjustment knob for the depth of the wire stripping blade

When the diameter of the wire to be cut changes, the blade should be adjusted to the appropriate depth to prevent the blade from damaging the core wire or avoid the phenomenon that the insulation layer cannot be stripped. The cutting depth of the blade is reduced when the knob rotates clockwise, and the cutting depth of the blade is increased when the knob rotates counterclockwise.

4. Main switch of the machine

Turn the switch upwards, the machine is disconnected from all air sources. Turn the switch downwards, the machine is connected with the air sources and starts to process the wires.
