Attention |
|
1. The Operator must receive equipment usage
training and be familiar with the positions of key functions
such as emergency stop buttons and speed adjuster.
2. During equipment operation, it is strictly
prohibited to touch the moving parts and moving materials with
hands to prevent injury or entanglement.
3. The equipment must be reliably grounded,
and it is strictly prohibited to operate the power switch or
touch electrical components with wet hands.
4. Before cleaning or repairing the machine,
be sure to cut off the power and hang a "Do Not Start" warning
sign.
5. Keep the working area dry and ventilated,
and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
6. The individuals with long hair should wear
a work cap to prevent the long hair from getting caught up in
the transmission shaft. It is suggested to wear non-slip gloves
to handle sharp edges.
7. Overloading operation is strictly
prohibited to prevent motor overheating or damage to the
transmission mechanism.
8. In case of any abnormalities (such as
material entanglement, breakage or abnormal noise), the operator
should press the emergency stop switch immediately. |

The

The power switch, the power indication light,
the control switch, the regulator and the emergency stop switch

Wheels
The
straightening wheels can correct the bent wires and straighten

and vertical directions. The wheels has high hardness and wear

Traction
Mechanism
The traction mechanism has the powerful and
adjustable tractive force and stable linear speed, ensuring the
wire can be pulled out stably and precisely. The protective
cover is designed for protecting the traction wheels against
collision and accidents and improving the safety performance.

Heat Dissipation
Holes
The
multiple heat dissipation holes are formed in the shell of the
electric box, achieving effective heat dissipation and
ventilation, preventing internal parts against overheating and
burnout, ensuring the control precision and reliability,
improving the safety and reducing the fire risk. |

Operation
Method |
|
A. Installation
1. After the equipment is received, the
straightener needs to be fixed on a stable platform, and the
four holes are secured with expansion screws.
2. Take a straight material with the same
diameter and put it into the machine. Adjust the centers of the
three wheels on the horizontal and vertical straighteners to
achieve consistency.
3. In the case of coiled materials, there
must be an unwinding rack to ensure that the materials can be
released smoothly without tangling.
B. Wiring
The voltage is 220V, and the machine can be
directly plugged into a power strip.
C. Straighter Adjustment
1. Ensure the installation mode of the
machine and the wire incoming and outgoing direction.
2. Locate the center. The cross-shaped guide
ports are arranged on the horizontal and vertical sides of the
straighter.
(1) Find a straight strip with the same
diameter, guide it from the right side, pass through the
straightener, and then pull it out from the left side.
(2) After installing the material, ensure
that each wheel can clamp the material and rotate smoothly, and
all the wheels are located in the same center.
(3) Press down the three wheels on both sides
of the straighter to ensure that each wheel can rotate smoothly
and the material looks straight.
3. Start adjusting the straightness.
(1) Control the left-and-right straightness
of the material in the horizontal direction.
(2) Control the vertical straightness of the
material in the perpendicular direction.
(3) Adjust the gap of the roller traction
machine to ensure that the material can be smoothly pulled out
of the straightener.
(4) After all the work in the first three
steps is ready, start the straightening work. Feed the
to-be-straightened material into the straighter through the
unwinding rack, and use the roller traction machine to pull the
material out of the straightener for about 200mm in length.
Observe the curvature of the material to ensure that the
material is bent in the vertical direction or horizontal
direction. |

Maintenance and Upkeep |
|
1. Regular cleaning: After shutdown, it is
necessary to promptly clean away the accumulated metal dust, oil
stains and oxides in the roller grooves. These hard particles
will be embedded into the surface of the material to cause
serious scratches.
2. Roller maintenance:
(1) The straightening rollers are core
precision components with extremely high requirements for
surface smoothness. Collision and rust should be avoided during
storage and use.
(2) Regularly check the wear of the rollers.
If there is uniform wear or local pits, the rollers should be
repaired or replaced in a timely manner. A set of rollers should
be replaced at the same time to ensure the effect.
3. Bearings and Transmission: Inspect the
bearings according to the specified cycle and observe the wear
condition.
4. Electrical safety: Regularly check the
operating status of motors and speed controllers to ensure
safety. |
