1. Setup and Connection:
Place the machine on a flat, stable workbench capable of supporting at least 100 kilograms. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded AC 110V / 60Hz outlet rated for 10 amperes minimum. Connect the air compressor to the machine air inlet using the supplied polyurethane air hose. Set the air pressure regulator to between 0.5 and 0.8 megapascals. Connect the dust collection hose to the exhaust port and position the collection bag away from the operator.

2. Power On and Initialize:
Ensure the emergency stop button is in the released position (rotate clockwise if pressed). Turn on the main power switch. The touch screen will display the startup sequence and perform a self-diagnostic routine lasting approximately 10 seconds. Once initialization is complete, the main operation screen will appear.

3. Parameter Configuration:

5. Operation:
For automatic trigger mode: Insert the prepared wire into the wire guide until it contacts the trigger sensor. The machine will automatically perform wire stripping and terminal crimping in sequence. For foot pedal mode: Position the wire in the guide and press the foot pedal to execute one complete cycle. Release and re-press for the next cycle.

6. Quality Check:
Run 3 to 5 test crimps and inspect for quality before beginning production. Verify the crimp is uniform, the terminal is properly positioned, and the wire strands are fully captured. Make parameter adjustments if necessary. When finished, stop the bowl feed, allow all terminals to clear the track, then power off the machine and close the air supply valve.

3. Pneumatic Safety: Ensure the air supply is regulated to 0.5 - 0.8 MPa. Never exceed the rated pressure. Disconnect the air supply before performing maintenance on pneumatic components.
4. Emergency Stop: The red emergency stop button immediately halts all machine functions. Press in any emergency. Rotate clockwise to release. Test the emergency stop function before each shift.
5. Vibratory Bowl: Never open the bowl lid while the bowl is running. Always stop the bowl feed and wait for vibration to cease before opening. Ensure the lid is securely latched before restarting.
6. Proper Clothing: Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, or ties that could become entangled in moving parts. Wear safety glasses to protect eyes from flying debris.
7. Qualified Personnel: This equipment should be operated only by trained adults who have read and understood this manual. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the machine at all times.
8. Work Environment: Operate the machine only in a dry, well-lit workspace. Keep the area around the machine clear of clutter and trip hazards. Ensure adequate ventilation.
