| The fully automatic compression
strength tester is a specialized instrument for determining
material compressive strength, primarily serving two application
domains. In the paper material testing field, this instrument
performs multiple tests including paper ring crush strength,
corrugated board edge crush strength, flat crush strength,
adhesive strength, and corrugating medium flat crush strength,
with a measurement accuracy of ±1%. In the biomaterials field,
the equipment can conduct mechanical property analysis on
various samples such as plastics, rubber, metal wires, and
biomaterials, with adjustable test speeds. Both types of
equipment feature mechatronic integration design, incorporating
high-precision sensors and intelligent data processing
capabilities. |

deviation of the indicated value may exceed 1N as permitted in

1. The instrument must be placed on a
stable surface before use. 2. Do
not move or adjust the machine during operation.
3. Please select the appropriate power
voltage. Do not exceed the rated voltage to avoid damaging
components.
4. In case of abnormal operation, please
contact us for immediate assistance.
5. Ensure proper ventilation during
machine operation.
6. For mechanical components (e.g., key
mechanisms) under heavy load, apply lubricating oil regularly.
7. After each test, clean the machine
and maintain its cleanliness.
8. Wipe the control panel only with a
dry cloth. Do not use wet cloths.
9. Always keep the equipment clean and
cover it with a dust cover when not in use.
10. If any malfunction occurs in the
instrument, please contact professionals for inspection promptly
to prevent the problem from worsening.
11. After running for a period of time,
inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the filling
hole of the lifting sleeve. The surface of the lifting sleeve
should be coated with grease.
12. Maintain periodic testing and ensure
the instrument remains in good condition. The calibration cycle
is generally one year.
13. Do not touch the test area with
hands during machine operation!!! |

Automatic Return
It will return automatically after the test is completed, judge
the crushing force automatically, and save the test data
automatically. It has the function of package stacking test,
which can measure the strength and time directly, and stops
automatically after the test is completed. |
Plating Process
Using premium steel as the base material with an electroplated
surface treatment ensures more accurate measurement results,
along with high corrosion/rust resistance and enhanced
durability. |

This instrument adopts high-strength
steel with corrosion-resistant coating surface treatment, which
is not only structurally aesthetic and practical but also
features powerful functionalities:
1. The equipment includes automatic return after testing,
auto-zeroing of force before testing, auto-zeroing of
displacement before testing, breakpoint detection, and
trigger limit alerts;
2. Configurable functions such as test speed, return speed,
stop conditions, breakpoint ratio, and force decimal
precision;
3. Optional units for force, length, strength, and
curves, Chinese/English language switching, and printable
curve options. |

1. Select test project
Four kinds of test project can be choose, through the "△" and
"▽" to select the test items you need.
Different test projects carry out different method standards and
have different strength calculation formulate. So please select
corresponding test items according to your need. The default
test project is ring compression test, enter the main interface
then press "Mode" button to select the test mode, press "△" and
"▽" key, can switch the test project between RCT, PAT, ECT and
Other. When under other test project, the instrument only
collects and processes the test force, and does not carry out
strength calculation.
2. Setting of sample quantification under the RCT test
2.1 Press the "Weight" key to enter the status of the reset
number.
2.2 Press the number key to enter the test sample
quantification.
2.3 Press the "Test" key to confirm and exit.
Note: The previous set of the quantitative memory will be
retained until the next modification, so the replacement of the
sample should be adjusted in time for quantitative settings. |
