1. Initial Setup:
Position the machine on a flat, level floor and lock all four casters. Connect the three-phase AC 220V power supply and ensure the machine is properly grounded. Fill each tank with appropriate cleaning solution to the marked working level. Place the stainless steel mesh baskets into the cleaning and rinsing tanks.

2. Cleaning Tank Operation:
Set the desired temperature on the RKC temperature controller for the cleaning tank. Turn on the Heat ON/OFF button to start heating. Once the solution reaches the set temperature, place the parts to be cleaned into the mesh basket. Set the digital timer for the required cleaning duration (typically 5-30 minutes depending on contamination level). Press the Ultrasonic ON button to start the cleaning cycle. Activate the Filtration cycle ON/OFF button to run the oil skimmer system during cleaning.

3. Rinsing Tank Operation:
After the cleaning cycle completes, remove the parts from the cleaning basket and transfer them to the rinsing tank basket. Set the rinsing tank temperature if heated rinse is desired. 4. Drying Tank Operation:

5. Post-Operation:
Turn off all ultrasonic, heating, and drying functions. Remove dried parts from the drying tank. If the cleaning solution becomes heavily contaminated, drain the tank using the ball valve and refill with fresh solution. Clean the filter element regularly according to usage frequency.

5. Solution Compatibility: Use only aqueous cleaning solutions compatible with 304 stainless steel. Strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents may damage the tank and components.
6. Keep Control Panel Dry: Do not allow cleaning solution, water, or chemicals to splash onto the control panels, electrical boxes, or generator units.
7. Do Not Block Vents: Ensure the ultrasonic generators and drying blower have adequate ventilation. Blocked vents can cause overheating and equipment failure.
8. Load Limits: Do not overload the mesh baskets. Excessive weight can damage the basket and reduce cleaning effectiveness by blocking ultrasonic transmission.
9. Lid Usage: Close tank lids during ultrasonic operation to reduce noise and prevent solution splashing. Close the drying tank lid during drying cycles for optimal performance.
10. Emergency Stop: Press the emergency stop button immediately if any abnormal condition occurs such as excessive noise, vibration, smoke, or electrical fault.
11. Qualified Personnel: Electrical installation and maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel only. Do not disassemble electrical components while the machine is connected to power.
