| The clamping machine is a type of

Control Panel
The two buttons on the right side of the control panel are for
starting and shutting down the motor. The green power indicator
light in the middle makes it simple and clear, ensuring easy

Oil Filler Hole
The large aperture oil filling hole makes it convenient to fill
hydraulic oil. The oil filter mesh can filter out impurities in
the hydraulic oil, ensuring the safety and normal operation of
the machine. |

Copper Motor

noise, and excellent heat dissipation performance. It can

Solenoid Valve

Thermo Detector
The thermo detector can monitor the temperature of the hydraulic
oil in real time, preventing the hydraulic oil from reducing
circuit pressure due to high temperature, which could otherwise
compromise the crimping effect. |
Crimping Device
The crimping device is manufactured using CNC high-precision
machining, ensuring high precision and smooth opening and
closing. The built-in mold can be customized according to the
pipe size. |

Micrometer
This device is equipped with a high-precision micrometer, which
allows for accurate control of the crimping amplitude by
fine-tuning the knob, ensuring excellent processing results with
a precision of 0.04 inches. |
Drawer Box
The flanging machine features a built-in drawer box design with
12 small compartments inside, capable of storing 12 sets of
molds. This makes it convenient to access and store molds while
saving space. |
Foot Switch
The foot switch enables automatic control of crimping, freeing
the hands and improving work efficiency. |
