1. Fill Hydraulic Oil:
Open the oil filler cap on the hydraulic tank and add approximately 50 liters of No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Check the oil level sight gauge to confirm the oil is between the minimum and maximum marks.

2. Connect Power:
Open the electrical control box and connect the three-phase power supply line (AC 220V / 60Hz). Verify correct phase rotation. If the motor runs in reverse, swap any two of the three power leads.

3. Test All Functions:
After confirming correct motor rotation, test each function individually using the corresponding foot pedal: press up/down, cutter, pulling head up/down, and pulling pliers. Ensure all hydraulic cylinders move smoothly.

4. Casing Break (60-Ton Press):
Place the motor on the work table under the main press. Position the V-block supports under the motor casing. Step on the press-down foot pedal to apply hydraulic force and break open the motor casing.

5. Cut Stator (Hydraulic Cutter):
Move the opened stator to the cutting station. Place the stator under the cutter blade and step on the cutter foot pedal to slice through the copper windings.

6. Copper Extraction - Select Method by Stator Size:
- Under 10 cm: Use the eight-claw pulling head. Install the appropriate mold disc, position the stator at the claws, and step on the pedal to pull the copper out in one motion.
- 10 cm to 25 cm: Use the push rod extractor. Place the cut stator over the push rod and step on the pedal repeatedly to push the copper windings out incrementally.
- Over 25 cm: Use the large pulling pliers at the rear platform. Secure the stator with bolts on the rear table, grip the copper with the pliers, and operate the hydraulic lever to extract the windings.

7. Release Pressure:
After each operation, always release hydraulic pressure using the pressure relief valve before adjusting or repositioning workpieces.

2. Wear Protective Equipment: Always wear approved safety goggles, steel-toe work boots, thick work gloves (oil-resistant and cut-resistant), and a face shield when operating this machine or working nearby.
3. Never Exceed Stroke Limit: Do not allow any hydraulic cylinder piston to extend beyond its maximum stroke length. Over-stroking can cause cylinder rupture, which is extremely dangerous.
4. Never Exceed Load Rating: Do not exceed the rated 60-ton working pressure. Overloading will damage the equipment and may cause catastrophic hydraulic failure.
5. Secure All Workpieces: Always ensure motors, stators, and workpieces are firmly and securely supported on stable work tables or platforms before applying hydraulic force. Unsecured items can fly out under pressure.
6. Center the Load: Always center the pressing or pulling tool directly over the workpiece center. Off-center loading causes tool slippage and can damage both the tooling and the machine.
7. Apply Pressure Smoothly: Operate foot pedals smoothly and steadily. Never stomp or apply sudden impact pressure to the pedals.
8. Stay Clear of High-Pressure Hoses: High-pressure hydraulic hoses carry extreme pressure. Never step on, kink, or allow sharp objects to contact hoses. Regularly inspect hoses for wear, bulging, cracking, or leaks. Replace immediately if damaged.
9. Release Pressure Before Servicing: Always release hydraulic pressure completely through the pressure relief valve before performing any maintenance, adjustment, or tool change.
10. Keep System Clean: Prevent dust, metal chips, and contaminants from entering the hydraulic system through the reservoir, cylinders, or fittings. Use only clean, manufacturer-recommended hydraulic oil.
11. Qualified Personnel Only: Installation, wiring, and maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel only. Do not disassemble or modify hydraulic pumps or cylinders. Contact the manufacturer for service.
12. Keep Away from Children: This is industrial equipment. Keep all unauthorized and untrained individuals, including children, away from the machine at all times.
