1. Installation and Connection:
Position the machine on a flat, level floor surface. Adjust the four leveling feet to ensure the machine is stable and level. Connect the machine to the appropriate power supply (220V or 380V, 50/60Hz) and compressed air source (set pressure to 5.5-6 kg/cm2). Install a roll of adhesive tape onto the tape applicator core shaft according to the threading path diagram.

2. Carton Magazine Adjustment:
Place a stack of flat pre-formed cartons into the rear storage magazine. Use the hand cranks to adjust the magazine width and height to match the dimensions of your unformed cartons. 3. Carton Width and Height Adjustment:

Reload the carton magazine when the carton level becomes low. The machine will automatically stop if the magazine is empty or if a fault condition is detected.

5. Safety Interlocks: Never attempt to bypass, disable, or override any safety interlock or guard on the machine. These safety devices are designed to protect operators from injury.
6. Proper Clothing: Operators must avoid wearing loose clothing, jewelry, or accessories that could become caught in moving parts. Secure long hair before operating the machine.
