3PH Generic Rice Corn Puffed Food Extruder with Support Frame Extruding
Food Puffing Machine with 4 Molds |
| This machine adopts a combined spindle design,
capable of adapting to the puffing processing of different materials. It
requires simple supporting facilities for processing whole corn and
soybeans, with easy operation and maintenance. The dry-type extruder and
wet-type extruder processing conditions can be easily switched between
each other. The screw sleeve features an embedded alloy steel strip
structure, offering a longer service life. Widely used for puffing
soybeans, corn, piglet feed and other livestock/poultry feeds, rice bran
preservation, cottonseed meal and castor meal detoxification treatment.
It is an ideal choice for feed processing enterprises. |

1. After installing the belt, tighten it properly.
2. After starting the machine, let it run idle for a while before slowly
adding a small amount of dampened rice (mixed with a small amount of
water, just enough to moisten the rice). When the extruded products
begin to emerge normally, immediately start adding small amounts of dry
rice continuously. At the beginning of processing, feed the rice slowly.
Only after the extruded products have formed properly should you
gradually increase the feeding rate. The feeding amount should be based
on what the motor can handle.
If you notice rice backing up at the inlet, this is
because the machine hasn't yet reached normal operating temperature and
too much rice was added, causing output congestion and rice flowing
backward. In this case, stop feeding rice until the backed-up rice
clears, then resume feeding. Continuous operation for at least 5 minutes
will raise the temperature.
3. During processing, if you observe rice or extruded products clumping
and backing up at the inlet along with steam that smells burnt, this is
caused by insufficient feeding leading to rapid temperature increase.
Use a small wooden stick to remove the backed-up material and increase
the feeding rate immediately. If the blockage is severe and material
cannot flow through, please shut down the machine, disassemble it, clean
it, and then restart.
4. After completing processing, let the machine run idle for 15-30
seconds to allow residual rice inside to turn yellowish from heat. Then
turn off the power and remove the machine head nut, screw shaft, screw
sleeve, and 8-hole die. Clean all rice residues thoroughly to prepare
for the next operation.
5. If the extruded products come out too hard and crispy, this is
related to the rice variety and moisture content. You should either
reduce the feeding rate, switch to drier rice, or replace the screw
sleeve. |
| Safety Warning: Pay
attention to your safety when using, DO NOT put hands into the machine
during operation!!! |
