Machine Body

Feeding Inlets
The

Cutting Assembly
The cutting blades and pads are combined to

The
speed regulator is designed for adjusting the cutting speed to
meet different speed requirements. The start switch and the

Operation
Method |

1. Commissioning
Before using the device, adjustments
must be made according to the size of the garlic to be
cut. The garlic stalk length is set to 2.5-5cm at the
factory, and users can adjust it as needed (adjustment
range: ±1cm). Remove the protective cover, screws, and
stalk-cutting blades in sequence.
First, adjust the distance between
each set of blades by tuning the screws: Each blade set
(composed of blades on the same horizontal line) must be
adjusted to the appropriate position with the blades
tangent to each other. If the blades are separated,
effective cutting cannot be performed.
Second, the distance between each pad
set (one set includes one large and one small pad)
should also be adjusted on the basis of the size of the
garlic bulbs to be cut. If the garlic bulb is larger
than the distance between the pads in a set, the
distance between the pads in each set can be adjusted by
inserting or removing the fixing plate (the pads on both
sides must be kept level), so as to better assist the
cutting and dropping of the garlic.
2. Operation
After powering on the device, place
each garlic bulb (with seedlings attached) onto the feed
inlet one by one. The cut garlic bulbs will drop from
the discharge outlet. A collection bag or material box
can be attached at the discharge outlet to collect the
cut garlic bulbs. |
