Stainless Steel Material
The
whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel materials, well reaching
the food hygiene level, meeting the food sanitation requirements while
improving the structural strength and stability. The surface polishing
treatment is adopted, and rust and corrosion resistance are achieved. |

Feeding Hopper
The
V-shaped feeding hopper is used for ensuring smooth feeding without
blockage, effectively improving the feeding efficiency and
practicability and facilitating the successful emulsifying process. |

Control Panel
The control
panel is of an integrated structure, machine start and stop, speed
regulation and other functions can be fulfilled through the
corresponding switches, and the emergency stop switch is also designed
for safety protection in case of emergency. |

Pump Head
The
pump head is subjected to precise machining, ensuring that there is no
liquid residues and leakage. The pump head is convenient to assemble,
disassemble and clean and can be easily connected with different
pipelines to ensure smooth circulation of liquid. |

Supporting Frame
The stable
supporting frame plays an important role in safely protecting and
supporting the electric box and the emulsifying pump, ensuring that the
machine body can be kept away from other dangerous sources and the
stability and practicability of the machine body can be effectively
improved. |

Attention |
|
1. Check whether the inlet seal
and the outlet seal are good, and no impurities, metal chips and other
materials that can cause damage to the equipment enter the body. |
|
2. Check whether the motor and
the machine are in good conditions when the machine is transported to
leave the warehouse. When the power switch is connected, a safe contact
motor device should be installed. |
|
3. Before inlet and outlet
process pipelines are connected, the process pipelines are cleaned, and
it is ensured that the process pipelines are free of welding slag, metal
chips, glass chips, quartz sand and other things which can cause damage
to the equipment, and the process pipelines can be connected with the
machine after being connected with the hard materials. |
|
4. The installation position of
the TRL1 pipeline equipment and the nearest location of the container
can be selected such as the bottom of the container. The pipeline must
be simple and direct, and the components of the elbow pipe are reduced
as many as possible, thus reducing the resistance of the material in the
circulation process. |
|
5. The choice of location for intermittent equipment
installation is suitable for the vertical level of container. When the
machine topples over, it must be well sealed, moisture-proof, dust-proof
and explosion-proof. |
|
6. Before starting the machine,
rotate the spindle, feel the height and flexibility with two hands, and
determine no other frictional sound and abnormal sound. |
|
7. When the pipelines are
installed, the inlet and outlet pipes adopt the hoop electric connection
structure. |
|
8. After the above work is
finished, the power supply is connected, and the steering shaft of the
motor is checked repeatedly. |
|
Operation and Use |
|
1. The cooling water is usually
connected before the machine is started, and the cooling water is closed
and then can be used. |
|
2. The cooling water pressure is
less than 0.2Mpa. |
|
3. The material must enter the
working chamber, and the machine can be switched on. It is also
necessary to ensure that it does not run in the condition of material
failure, so that idling and mechanical sealing are avoided. (A current
protector is added when the emulsion pump is connected, so that burnout
or the bad influence on the service life is avoided.) |

Important Note |
|
After the sealing
of the cooling water is confirmed, the motor is started, and the motor
steering should be operated according to the steering sign of the main
shaft, and the reversal is strictly prohibited! |

It cannot be Idle
and Reverse!!!!! (You must pay attention to it.) |
