1. Each time the material is fed, it should not exceed 20-30 cubic decimeters (0.02-0.03 cubic meters) and should not exceed one-third of the hopper. Do not fill the hopper with the material at once.

2. The material should be fed at an interval of about one minute each time to avoid jamming due to the excessive speed of material feeding.

3. If the machine gets stuck due to excessive material feeding, immediately reverse the machine for a few revolutions and turn it forward again. Do not feed until the machine is running normally.

4. Check the lubricating oil in the reducer every month to ensure that the lubricating oil is in the position of the oil window.

5. Inject appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the nozzle of the four bearing seats every week.

6. When the machine is not in use, it should be turned on idling for a few minutes every few days (forward and reverse alternately) so that the residue can be cleaned up as soon as possible.

7.  Please wear proper personal protective equipment when using the machine.

8. Do not put your hand into the feeding port.

Top Cover

The machine is equipped with a top cover for safety protection. The top cover can be closed to avoid material splashing while protecting the operator. The strip-shaped hole facilitates real-time observation of the crushing state.
　

2. Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on.

3. Press the Forward button, and the crushing blades start rotating.

4. Feed the appropriate quantity of materials into the hopper, and the machine starts crushing the materials. If the machine gets stuck, press the Reverse button to reverse the rotating shafts.

5. After crushing all the materials, wait for all particles to be discharged, press the Stop button and disconnect the power supply.

6. Clean the machine thoroughly and lubricate the machine regularly.
