Precautions:

(1)Before the machine runs, check whether the screws in each part are
tightened or not.
(2)After operation of each shift is finished, the green husks, soil and
tangled grass on all parts should be timely removed.
(3)After the operation period is over, the dirt on the machine should be
thoroughly cleaned away. Engine oil should be poured into all bearings,
the V-belt should be taken down and placed in a dry room without
corrosive liquid and gas.
(4)Before
the machine is started, a signal should be given to the operators to
ensure the safety of the machine and personnel. The operators are
prohibited from putting walnut green fruits and other hard objects which
do not meet the processing technical requirements, such as stones and
metals, into the machine, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine.
(5)The
suitable working environment is ensured, and the machine cannot be
stored outdoors. The machine must be stably installed during processing.
(6)Do
not work in damp places and do not let water enter the motor.
