Coffee Bean Peeling Machine

Note:

1. Before using the machine, please fix the four legs of the base to the ground with screws (the screws should be prepared by the customer themselves, we only provide the machine and do not provide fixing screws)

2.Manually rotate the drum pulley and check whether the peeling drum is flexibly rotate or not, get stuck or not and has abnormal noise or not. The next step can only be carried out after debugging is normal.

Precautions:

1.Check whether the tightness of the belts is appropriate or not. If the belts are too tight, friction will be increased, and the belt wear will be accelerated. If the belts are too loose, slippage will occur.

2.All connecting bolts may become loose due to long-distance transportation. Check all bolts and tighten them again. Rotate the peeling drum again.

3.Apply lubricating grease to all mechanical moving parts, and pour lubricating grease into the mounted bearing through the oil nozzle.

4.Check whether the motor wiring and the switch wiring become loose or not due to long-distance transportation, and ensure that the circuits are reliable and secure. Connect the ground wire to ensure reliable grounding. Please install a leakage protector at the power cord connection to prevent electric shock.

5.After connecting the circuits, turn on the switch, start the machine and then confirm that the direction is correct and the equipment is running normally. Connect the tap water and conduct idle running for a period of time. The machine can be used only when everything is normal.

6.After the machine runs normally, turn on the tap water, pour a few fresh coffee beans into the machine and observe the peeling effect. If the peeling effect is not good, adjust the screw until the best peeling effect is achieved. Then pour a large number of fresh coffee beans into the machine. Fresh coffee beans should not be mixed with stones, branches, sawdust, metal and other things, so that the damage to the equipment and the bad influence on the peeling effect are avoided.

7.Apply lubricating grease to the mechanical moving area and gears every 50 hours, and replace lubricating grease every 300 hours after operation.

8.Add lubricating grease to the bearing every 100 hours.

9.Check whether each transmission mechanism is intact or not before starting the machine every day, and check whether there is any abnormal noise or not after starting the machine.

Check whether the belt tension is appropriate or not and whether the belts are excessively worn or not before starting the machine every day. If the belts are replaced, the two belts should be replaced at the same time, and the old and new belts should not be mixed.

Before starting the machine every day, observe whether the connecting bolts are loose or not, and tighten them immediately if they are loose.

1.The machine must be used on the cement ground to be prevented from tilting.

2.Water is prevented from dropping onto the motor in the using process.

3.It is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating parts of the machine with hands or other parts.

4.Before starting the machine, please check whether the power cord is broken or not to prevent electric shock.
