Working Principle |
|
The rotor pump relies on two synchronous rotors
(teeth 2-4) rotating in the opposite direction to generate suction
(vacuum) at the inlet in the process of rotation, so as to suck in the
material to be transported. Two rotors will rotor chamber separated into
several small space, and according to a → b → c → d order of operation.
So the cycle is repeated, the medium (material) that is a steady stream
of transport out. |

parts during operation. All parts in contact with the material are made
of stainless steel. A pair of rotors operate synchronously during
operation, maintaining a certain gap between each other. No contact is
produced and there is no theoretical wear and tear. |

5.This machine adopts motor + mechanical friction
stepless transmission, this transmission speed change by manual
adjustment to achieve, which is characterised by safety and reliability,
high torque, flow stepless adjustable. However, this kind of
non-automatic adjustment, speed regulation needs to be carried out in
the process of running, shall not be in the state of stopping speed
regulation. |
