Foldable Arm

The total length of the foldable arm is 175cm. Along with the flexible movement of the foldable arm, the board on the suction disc can be pushed to be subjected to edge trimming operation. The foldable arm can be folded and unfolded freely and flexibly in the process of the edge trimming operation, curved edge trimming is flexible and efficient, time and labor are greatly reduced, and the practicability is greatly improved.
　

Suction Disc

The suction disc with the diameter of 20cm has the high suction so that the board can be firmly sucked onto the suction disc and prevented from being suspended in the air. The load capacity of the suction disc is smaller than or equal to 50kg. The suction disc is independently controlled by the corresponding foot pedal, control is easy and convenient, two hands of the user are liberated, and the operating difficulty is greatly reduced.
　

Small Workpiece Platform

The trimming machine is equipped with a small workpiece platform, boards with different shapes and sizes can be easily processed and trimmed, and the trimming machine can have higher adaptability. The small workpiece platform can cooperate with the suction disc to complete edge trimming of various boards. The worker can easily push the board to be trimmed, so that the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
　

Photoelectric Inductor

The photoelectric device is designed for board edge trimming and can automatically sense the board. Rotation stops if the photoelectric inductor does not sense the board after 5 seconds. The machine has the high precision and induction sensitivity, and edge trimming operation is greatly facilitated.
　

Trimming Part

Edge trimming cutters can rotate synchronously to remove the unnecessary edge banding strips on the upper side and the lower side. Glue removing liquid is sprayed to the two sides to prevent the hot melt glue from adhering to the surface of the board. The excessive edge strips and glue lines are scraped away after edge trimming is completed. The thickness of the board to be trimmed is free of adjustment, and the trimming part can quickly adapt to different board thicknesses.
　

Dust Suction Part

The trimming machine is equipped with a thick brush and a thickened dust suction pipe with the diameter of 150mm. Chips can be sucked into the dust collector quickly and efficiently so that dust and chips can be effectively prevented from accumulating, and the cleanliness of the board and the machine can be well ensured. The dust collector needs to be turned on before edge trimming.
　

Profiling Power Wheel

The profiling powder wheel can drive the board to rotate according to the speed of the profiling wheel in the edge trimming process, so that the edge trimming operation is smooth and easy, the trimmed board is attractive and smooth, no burrs exist, and the quality and the appearance are greatly improved.
　

PTFE Air Columns

The PTFE air columns can automatically suck air to fix the board stably, the board can be effectively prevented from being scratched, and the good surface effect of the board can be well guaranteed. The air columns are smooth in surface, low in friction coefficient, excellent in insulation and long in service life, can effectively reduce the wear of the board and ensure the high quality of the board.
　

Foot Pedals

The two foot pedals control the suction disc and edge trimming operation correspondingly. The suction disc can work and stop by operating the suction disc foot pedal, and the edge trimming operation can be conducted by operating the edge banding foot pedal. Two hands of the user are liberated, the functions are clear and accurate, the operating complexity and difficulty are greatly reduced, and the user experience is good.
