| The anti-yellowing aging test chamber
can provide the simulative heat of the sun and ultraviolet
radiation environment of space. It is used for observing the
anti-yellowing degree of the sample after a period of time
effected by the ultraviolet ray and the temperature. Grey stain
can be used for reference standard, to judge it's yellowing
degree. Products will change their color when radiated by the
sun or influenced by the environment of the container. Equipped
with a 300W UV lamp, the chamber accelerates testing,
enabling experiments to be completed in a shorter timeframe.
Additionally, this machine functions as both an aging tester and
an oven, demonstrating multifunctional capabilities. |

Safety Instructions:
1. Before use, ensure the voltage is correct. Only use the power
supply specified on the machine. Do not exceed the rated power
to avoid electrical fires.
2. If the displayed temperature differs from the actual
temperature (measured with a standard thermometer), do not
arbitrarily adjust any parts of the circuit board.
3. Do not turn on the machine if temperature fluctuations occur
during operation.
4. Avoid placing the device in humid areas to prevent leakage.
5. Never rinse the machine directly with water to avoid leakage
hazards.
6. Do not place volatile or acidic substances (e.g., alcohol,
glue) inside the machine to prevent accidents.
7. Keep flammable materials away from the machine to avoid fire

300W UV Lamp
This 300W UV lamp equipment simulates sunlight heat and space UV
radiation to accelerate material aging, quickly showing
anti-yellowing changes for easy evaluation. |
Swivel Caster
The equipment is equipped with four 360° swivel casters with
locking function, providing both flexible mobility and secure
fixation to ensure operational safety. |

1. Verify that the voltage matches 110V.
2. Adjust the vent opening position accordingly (wider opening
for low temperatures, narrower for high temperatures).
3. After turning on the “POWER” button, the power indicator
light will be on. Set the desired temperature using the PID
temperature controller. Refer to the PID controller manual for
detailed temperature operation procedures.
4. The PV display temperature shows the actual measured
temperature.
5. Use the △/▽ buttons on the PID controller to set the target
temperature.
6. When heating, the heating indicator will be fully
illuminated, and the actual temperature display will flash when
approaching the set temperature.
7. For anti-yellowing test: set the time and the height of the
light from the object, turn on the light source switch, turn on
the time controller, and automatically control the stop after
the time is up.
8. When
the temperature exceeds the setpoint, the power indicator will
deactivate while the heating lamp remains illuminated.
Immediately inspect the right-side high-temperature zone for
anomalies.
9. Shutdown method: first please turn off the turntable, then
turn off the light, turn off the heating group, turn off the
timer, and finally turn off the power.
