UV aging test chamber
is designed for UV aging resistance testing of materials such as
leather, plastics, rubber, and fabrics under UV radiation and
water exposure. Since ultraviolet (UV) light in sunlight is the
primary cause of oxidative degradation in polymers, and moisture
significantly accelerates aging, this system efficiently
simulates outdoor weathering conditions, providing practical
evaluation of the relative weather resistance of test specimens.

Control Panel
The control panel integrates multiple functions, including spray
time, rotate control, temperature, running time, number of
cycles, and more. It features a fully intelligent LCD display
with clear data visualization and user-friendly operation. |
Sample
Rack
The sample rack is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel,
which can securely clamp samples of various shapes to ensure
stability and uniform UV exposure during testing, while
withstanding long-term exposure to UV radiation, high
temperature, and high humidity. |
Detachable
Lamp Socket
Equipped with three high quality UVA lamps to simulate outdoor
UV conditions, featuring detachable lamp sockets for easy and
convenient replacement. |

Drainage
Valve
A drainage valve is located on the rear panel. After testing,
manually open the valve to rapidly discharge residual water from
the chamber, preventing liquid retention that could compromise
subsequent tests or equipment longevity. |
Heat Emission Hole
Back of the machine is designed with a heat emission hole, which
can effectively dissipate excess heat generated during
operation, preventing overheating and protecting the machine. |
Supporting Leg
Four rubber supporting legs at the bottom, which are non-slip,
wear-resistant, and provide good silence, ensure the stability
of the machine and prevent water from entering from the bottom. |
