The
digital
rockwell hardness tester uses an LCD display with
smart control and digital operation. There are general
settings, output settings, time settings, communication
parameters and so on, simple and convenient operation.

After precision machining, diamond
indenter has extremely high hardness and wear resistance,
which can ensure the accuracy and consistency of indentation
in the test process and improve the accuracy of test
results.

The height of the platform can be
adjusted by turning the small handle to the right or left to
ensure that the indenter accurately contacts the specimen
surface, thus ensuring accurate measurements.

Equipped with three different types of
platforms: the large flat platform is usually used to
support larger test specimens; the small flat platform is
more suitable for supporting smaller specimens; and the
V-shaped platform is capable of supporting cylindrical or
curved specimens.

The product is controlled by a
microcomputer and equipped with a high-speed thermal
printer, which can quickly print out test data.

By turning the knob, the test force can
be adjusted to 60kgf, 100kgf, 150kgf. These three test
forces can correspond to different measuring ranges and
material hardnesses, helping to determine the Rockwell
hardness of metallic materials more accurately.

There is an emergency switch on the
tester, which can stop the operation of the tester quickly
in case of emergency to ensure the personal safety of the
operator.

The supporting legs allow the user to
adjust the height as required, ensuring that the hardness
tester can be placed in a stable position when in use, thus
improving the accuracy of the test.
