The Intelligent High-Temperature Vacuum
Atmosphere Muffle Furnace features smart temperature control,
multi-atmosphere compatibility, and high-efficiency safety. The
furnace employs pre-vacuum pumping to minimize oxygen content,
followed by inert gas (N2/Ar) infusion, creating an ideal
controlled-atmosphere thermal environment. With temperature
control accuracy of ±1℃, rapid heating (≤20℃/min), and
energy-saving design, its high-purity alumina fiber chamber
enables applications in material science (ceramic sintering,

Control Panel
The control panel integrates multiple functions, including
temperature controller, ammeter, voltmeter, turn-on, turn-off,
power indicator, open circuit indicator, and more. It features a
intelligent LCD display with clear data visualization and
user-friendly operation. |
Gas Control System
Equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge for real-time monitoring
of furnace chamber vacuum levels, and integrates a float-type
flow meter for visual adjustment of gas flow rates. The
inlet/outlet valves support multi-gas switching (including
hydrogen <5%, argon, nitrogen, etc.), ensuring safe gas
replacement during high-temperature operations. |
Furnace Material
The furnace utilizes advanced lightweight alumina
polycrystalline fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation,
high-temperature resistance, and rapid thermal cycling
capability. This material ensures zero contamination of processed
products while achieving 60%-80% energy savings compared to
conventional electric furnaces. |

Furnace Door Design
The furnace door adopts a double-layer thickened steel plate
design, effectively blocking heat transfer to ensure the
external surface temperature remains within safe limits during
operation. Additionally, the door is equipped with four
handwheel locking mechanisms that provide stable pressure
support during vacuum pumping or gas charging processes,
preventing deformation of the furnace shell. |
Vacuum Sealing Performance
The furnace door also features an integrally milled flat surface
with pre-embedded silicone sealing strips, delivering
exceptional sealing performance and atmosphere control
stability. Its user-friendly opening/closing design successfully
balances the stringent sealing requirements of industrial
equipment with the operational convenience demanded in
laboratory settings. |
Heat Emission Hole
The top and back of the
furnace
are designed with heat dissipation holes, which can effectively
dissipate excess heat generated during operation, preventing
overheating and protecting the machine. |

high-purity alumina fiber ceramic modules surrounding the
heating chamber.

break protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage

elements, ensuring rapid and uniform temperature distribution.
- Safety Design: Features a heavy-duty, double-layer
structure with an integrated cooling fan to maintain low
external surface temperatures.
- Temperature Sensing: A Type B thermocouple is
pre-installed for immediate use.
- Control System: PID automatic control with
current-limiting phase-angle firing regulates the resistors. |
