functions of punching and cutting can also be achieved,
requiring custom molds. (The standard mold is for arc punching). |

Working Principle
Motor electric pump oil - Through the solenoid valve to
control the direction of hydraulic oil - Open the
high-pressure oil valve - Hydraulic pressure into the
cylinder to make the cylinder to produce up and down action
- Cylinder connected to the punch for punching.

Induction System
Top, middle and bottom three sensors support full hole/half hole, induction stop, easy to use.
Please note: All induction can not be more than 5mm away
from the screw(see image beside), otherwise after the
machine cylinder come down will not go up or can not move, or the
machine will not respond. (Each sensor lights up as this
screw passes through, When the machine is in half hole
state, the screw will stop at the induction position of the
middle point. When the machine is in full hole state, the
screw will stop when it reaches the lowest sensing
position.)

Foot Switch
The machine is equipped with a movable foot switch to
control the arc punching, freeing the hands, which can
greatly improve the work efficiency and save worry and
effort.

Extensive Application
Suitable for stainless steel pipe, channel steel pipe,
aluminum pipe, plastic pipe, copper pipe and rectangular
steel pipe. (Additional custom molds
are required to achieve the above effect.)

1.
Put the tube in the middle die and push it to the rear position.
The rear positioning function is to control the position of the
first hole when machining the workpiece.
2.
After adjusting and positioning, prepare for punching.
3.
Power on - Switch to Automatic - Full hole.
4.
Open the high pressure oil valve that needs to punch the
cylinder and step the foot switch to punch the hole.
5.
Pull out the tube to adjust the hole distance positioning, (the
former positioning is adjusted for the required size of the
workpiece processing) the high pressure oil valve should be
turned off before shutdown. (prevent no-load phenomenon) note:
the mold can not run when there is no pipe in. |
1.
Equipment used in the built-in electric motor should prevent
rainwater into the electric box and hydraulic station. It is
strictly prohibited to store with flammable materials, and it is
strictly prohibited to squeeze and impact the machine.
2. It is forbidden for the mold to be squeezed by heavy objects
under good debugging condition.
3. Under normal use, the mold requires frequent lubrication with
oil.
4. High-pressure oil hose must not be torn.
5. Do not run the machine without putting the tube into the
mold.
6. The power supply of the main gate should be turned off after
the equipment is used.
7. After the mold is adjusted, the pipe can be put into the mold
for punching, the punching needle of the punching mold must be
adjusted smoothly, the mold can not be empty punching, there
must be materials in it, and the mold can be turned on to punch
the mold.
8. Do not open the electric box for adjustment when the machine
is working. Must stop the machine to adjust the equipment, pay
attention to your safety.
9. Do not loosen the high pressure tubing in the startup state.
10. Do not touch the mold with your hands in working condition.
11. If the mold has abnormal sound, stop the machine for
inspection.
12. Do not swing the tail of the mold in working condition. |

1.
Clean the circuit part of the dust so as not to cause poor
contact regularly.
2. Clean the surface of the machine debris, dust in time, to
prevent the machine rust, to extend its service life.
3. Strictly prohibit wet hand operation of electrical switches
to prevent electric shock.
4. Any malfunction or error in the equipment must be checked and
eliminated immediately.
5. Do not wear necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, etc. during
equipment maintenance to avoid accidents.
6. Replace damaged machine parts in a timely manner. |
