| The coated surface (coating film) needs
to be evaluated for its scrub resistance by brush, sponge or
other means. Therefore, there is a need for a precision
instrument that produces a repeatable, controlled condition to
simulate the wear pattern that the film faces every day. The wet
abrasion scrub tester can effectively evaluate the
scrubberability and Washability of the film and affect the
anti-wear properties of the paint. It can also be used to
evaluate the performance of the detergent by means of a
reproduction test. This is the
latest multi-functional wet abrasion scrub tester that is
compatible with a wide range of testing standards. This
instrument is rugged and versatile, and are designed to
withstand abrasion, wash, brush and impedance properties in a
variety of materials including pigments, paints, inks, coatings,

3.Accurate Results:
The new structural
integrated frame ensures a constant pressure of 450g±10g on
the sample throughout the friction process; The whole
machine is made of anodized aluminum, and the test is stable
and the test results are repeatable, even at the fastest
friction speeds.

One-button switch start,
easy to operate, easy to use; The design of emergency stop
switch can stop the operation of the machine with one key in
an emergency, and the operation is safe.

5.Peristaltic Pump:
The solution (washing
medium) flows into the brush through the peristaltic pump on
the side of the instrument, and the peristaltic pump tube is
built in, and the flow rate of the washing medium can be set
through the touch screen, and the precision control can
ensure the result is more accurate.

6.Washing Medium Bottle:
Add the standard medium to
the washing medium bottle at the back of the instrument to
prevent contamination.
(Note: The liquid level of
the washing medium shall not be lower than the water pipe.)
