Automobile Transport Vibration Test Bench

The
field sports car test involves placing the packaged or
non-packaged products on a transport truck, transporting them at
a speed of 30–40 km/h to test their ability to withstand actual
road conditions, and driving 200–400 km on a tertiary highway.
This is a relatively primitive test method. The disadvantage of
this method is that it consumes considerable manpower, material
resources, and time, and it offers low controllability.
This simulated vehicle transport test bench is used to simulate
the vehicle transport vibration environment described above. The
influence of actual working conditions on articles can be
obtained in the laboratory, and products with a mass not
exceeding the nominal weight can be used for road transportation
simulation tests. The
simulation conditions include the random vibration environment
generated by driving at speeds of 20–60 km/h on low-grade,
third-grade, intermediate-grade, and fourth-grade roads. It
examines the adaptability of products to automobile
transportation vibration and provides a basis for assessing
their structural integrity. The test bench complies with the
Chinese industrial standard QJ/T 815.1-1994. |

LCD Screen
The use of a large-screen liquid crystal display, rich in
content, can store a series of vibration amplitudes,
continuously adjustable from 0 to 100 arbitrarily; the set time
for the vibration test and the current real-time vibration
running time can be displayed simultaneously. |
Power Off Automatic Memory
With automatic settings and simple operation, the device uses an
advanced microcomputer control circuit to permanently store
preset parameters without data loss during power outages.
Additionally, the number of vibration program segments and
program cycles can be set. |
Precise Control
Frequency and amplitude can be adjusted independently without
affecting each other. Under no load, the maximum amplitude is
P~P ± 7mm. The amplitude varies with frequency and load weight:
as the frequency increases, the amplitude decreases, and the
acceleration increases. |

Easy to Move
The machine features handles on both sides for easy lifting and
handling, and it can be conveniently moved to the desired
location, saving both time and effort. |
Safe and Reliable
The hooks can be securely attached to the vibration test
machine, and the strap provides sufficient elasticity and
strength to tightly secure the test object, preventing any
loosening or displacement during the vibration test. |
Smooth Operation
The heat dissipation holes effectively dissipate the internal
heat generated, preventing overheating, protecting the machine,
and ensuring its normal operation over extended periods. |
- Intelligent control: The machine features
a built-in overload protection fuse and a high-performance chip,
ensuring accurate data reading. The microcomputer protection
circuit prevents damage from impulse voltage during startup,
making the machine more convenient and reliable to use.
- When the vibration test is completed or the machine is shut
down and powered off, it will automatically save the current
vibration data and reset.
- The vibration speed and simulation time can be set freely
within a range of 0 to 99 hours.
- The machine features synchronous and silent broadband
transmission, ensuring low noise operation.
- The platform is made of high-quality industrial tank steel and
national standard aluminum, and the base is equipped with
high-strength vibration-reducing rubber, ensuring stable
operation and strong load capacity. |
1. Ensure the machine is properly connected
as specified in the operation manual.
2. Place the test product in the center of
the vibration table, adjust and clamp the test sample
appropriately.
3. Use the wrench to loosen the nut on the
bar.
4. Clamp the test product in place and
tighten the nut.
5. Plug in the power cord.
6. Turn on the power switch.
7. The display shows the previously set
time value.
8. Set the test time according to the
product test requirements. |
