Instruction |
1.Remove the package, do a good job of cleaning, put on the solid worktable.
2.A sufficient amount of liquid medium is added to the tank so that the
distance between the liquid level of the medium and the working table is
less than 2 cm.
3.Connecting the circulating pump to the water outlet pipe.
(1) When the circulating pump does not need external circulation, just use the hose to connect the inlet and outlet.
(2)When the circulating pump needs constant temperature liquid external circulation, two hoses are used to connect the "outlet" tube with the inlet of the external experimental container, and the "inlet" tube and the outlet pipe of the external experimental container can be connected. Note: be sure to connect the inlet pipe with the outlet pipe before turning on the power supply.
4. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the rear cover.Press
the setting function key "set" to enter the setting state of the
temperature setting value. After the temperature parameter setting is
completed, first open the "cycle" button on the operation panel, and
then open the "refrigeration" button (Note: when the working temperature
exceeds 40 ℃, the compressor automatically enters the protection, and
the refrigeration does not start), and then the microcomputer enters the
automatic control state.After measuring the temperature PV and reaching
the set temperature SV, the PV value will continue to fluctuate up and
down for 10-15 minutes, and finally stabilize at the set value. At this
time, temperature measurement or experimental operations can be carried
out at the current set temperature. |
Environmental requirements |
1. The thermostatic bath shall be placed on a solid working table.
2. No vibration and no harmful gas.
3. Ambient temperature should be less than 30°C and relatively stable, cannot be high and low, affect the temperature control accuracy.
4. The ambient humidity should be less than 80% and the humidity is too high. When the constant temperature tank is working at low temperature, the compressor may dewing. |
Precautions for Use |
1. Before use, it must be confirmed that the liquid medium has been added to the tank body, and the distance between the liquid level of the medium and the working table should be less than
2 cm, otherwise the heater may dry burn and damage when electrified.
2. The selection of liquid media in the tank shall conform to the following principles:
⑴When the operating temperature is below 8°C, industrial alcohol or
antifreeze is generally used for liquid media.
⑵At an operating temperature of 8°C-75°C, pure water is generally
selected for liquid media.
⑶At an operating temperature of 75°C-100°C, dimethyl silicone oil with a
viscosity of 5cs is generally selected for liquid media.
Note: The operating temperature here is the temperature to which the
liquid medium in the tank is to be reached.
3. Power supply:110V, the power of the power supply shall be greater
than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have
good "ground" device.
4. Because the refrigeration compressor works continuously (refrigerator, air conditioning is intermittent), it needs to be shut down for a day after a long period of continuous work (such as about 5 days).
5. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there are no obstacles in the 300mm around the instrument.
6. When the working temperature of the thermostatic bath is lower or higher, care should be taken not to open the upper cover, and do not enter the tank to prevent frostbite or scald.
7. After the use, all the switches are put in the closed state and the power is cut off.
8. The instrument should do a good job of regular cleaning and keep the working table and operation panel clean and tidy.
9. Pay attention to the level of the liquid level in the observation
tank. When the liquid level is too low, the liquid medium shall be added
in time.Note:the liquid shall not contain acid and alkali. |
